About Philipp
Philipp specializes in international commercial arbitration with a particular focus on post M&A, construction, commodity trading and IP/IT related disputes. He has acted as counsel and arbitrator in numerous proceedings under the ICC, LCIA, DIS, SCC und VIAC Rules as well as in ad hoc proceedings. Due to his enthusiasm for art and new technologies, Philipp also advises artists and businesses in the creative industries on all IP & IT related matters.
